GuRU is a comprehensive offline educational application dedicated to the teaching of single-shot and continuous peripheral nerve blocks. All instructional videos and information are accessible within the app without requiring an internet connection, although internet access is necessary for accessing external links and tertiary video content.

The platform offers an innovative integration of live sonoanatomy through ultrasound imaging, 3D animated anatomical representations, and real-time video demonstrations of regional anaesthetic nerve blocks. Features include full-length offline demonstrations of various regional anaesthetic techniques, and a detailed guide to the Pajunk E-Cath system—including setup, insertion, and fixation procedures.
